Warranty Information

We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects as well as fading or tarnishing of our jewellery.

To exercise your warranty, contact us on any of our channels with your problem and order information. We charge ₹300 for covering the cost of shipping your item back to us. After the jewellery is fixed (mostly within a week or two), we will ship it back to you.

The warranty only covers jewellery that has stones fallen or has rhodium plating. Warranty doesn't cover the jewellery that has broken apart due to customer’s usage or has been tampered with.

• Covered by Warranty:

  We charge only shipping (₹250) and the plating is free. We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days.

• After Warranty Expired:

  We charge shipping (₹250) plus replating service cost (₹399). We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days.
